Please make your own arrangements to arrive in Dubai today. We offer private airport transfers from Dubai airport to our hotel the Park Inn by Radisson motor city.

Set within the Dubai Autodrome complex, this eclectic, modern hotel in a curved building is 30 km from Dubai International Airport. There's a bright restaurant, an airy Belgian bar, and a lobby lounge featuring a vintage Ferrari. A rooftop outdoor pool is flanked by a sundeck, and a juice bar with views of the city. Other amenities consist of a spa and a fitness room.

What about my bike?

You can bring your own bike as we will make arrangements to transport bike boxes on our airport transfers. Alternatively, you can rent a bike with us for the weekend. Bikes can be safely stored at the hotel.

Saturday, 18th February 2023 > Preparation and registration day

After breakfast and preparing the bikes, we will take you on a supported, guided ride. Our training ride will be on the Al Qudra Cycle Track with support vehicle and ride leader.

This afternoon we offer Race Village transfers so you can enjoy the pre-race atmosphere and collect your bib and register for tomorrow’s race.

The evening is free for you to eat out at a local restaurant. 

Sunday, 19th February 2023 > The 2023 Spinneys 92 Dubai Cycle Challenge

We have an early start this morning. Early breakfasts are arranged in the hotel restaurant. The start and finish of the event are at Dubai Sports City, just 2 miles away from the hotel

This evening, join us for our celebratory dinner on the Marina Dhow Cruise (including hotel transfers, 90 mins cruising, international buffet dinner with welcome drinks, tea, and coffee, Tanura show.

Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge is Dubai’s biggest mass participation cycling race. Launched in 2010, it is now one of the Middle East’s premium sporting races and attracts thousands of cyclists from all around the world.

Following the addition of the Spinneys Dubai 92 Cycle Challenge to the official UCI Gran Fondo World Series in 2022, the 2023 edition will also see participants be eligible to qualify for the UCI World Finals held in Glasgow, Scotland in August 2023.

Once a small fishing village in the Arabian Gulf, Dubai is today one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world. Important information:

• The top 20% of each age category is calculated by combining the results from the Invitational/Elite (Licensed) and Open (non-licensed) start groups
• Both the Elite and Open start group will be timed using the gun time method
• The start format for the Open start group is a self-seeded mass start, split up into 5x speed groups. These speed groups will all start with the same gun time of 6:25
• Riders are to enter the start pen according to the average speed that they know they can hold over 94.8km
• Start pens will open at 5:15am and will close at 6:00am sharp
• If you are unsure of your average speed, then we request that you start in Speed Group 5. Start Pens have limited space and access will be allowed on a ¬first come fi¬rst served basis. Please see the below table as a guide to the 5 Speed Groups

All groups start at 06.25am. THE START LINE FOR THE 94.8KM MAIN RACE CLOSES AT 6:00AM SHARP – NO RIDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE START CHUTE AFTER 6:00AM. PLEASE ALLOW FOR ENOUGH TIME ON ARRIVAL TO PASS THROUGH 2 CHECK POINTS BEFORE YOUR START TIME.

Remember the minimum average speed to complete the courses within the cut-off time is 26km/hr for the 94.8km Main Event and 20km/hr for The Live Well Outride.
