How to Book
To make your booking, click on the orange button at the top of the page, ensuring that you select the correct number of rooms and types for all members in your party plus all the required extras. When you book, we will require a deposit to confirm your place.
Payments
When you confirm your booking, we will take a 35% deposit payment. Subsequent payments are taken automatically.
The cost of the event entry is non-refundable.
Travel Advice
It’s important be up to date with the latest information about where you’re travelling to and what documents you need to have in order to travel.
For information about travelling to the UK and your requirements as a non-British passport holder, you should check the overseas travel details on your own governments website.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.

Medical Certification
If you are taking part in a running or cycling event in Italy or France you will be required to produce a medical certificate in order to collect your race number. What you need to do and how to get your medical certificate is outlined here.
Starting Pens and Bib Numbers
Although we are licensed to sell official entries for the 2024 Marathon du Medoc, we have no influence over the allocation of starting times and bib numbers. Your bibs, t-shirts, bracelets for the shuttle and booklets will be delivered directly to your hotel for you to collect on Friday morning.
A free locker room will be available on the Start/Finish area.
Conditions of Sale
Please note we cannot sell race entry without accommodation package. You must be born after September 6 2004 to register for the race.
