Payments
To book this tour we require a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of 30% at the time of booking, a further 40% is due by the 15th August 2025. The final 30% is due 30 days before travel. From this date, the booking is fully non-refundable and non-changeable.

We offer the option to buy a discounted entry for 2025 Challenge Family Peguera-Mallorca. Receive 10% off your entry when you book our travel package. When you purchase an entry with us you agreeing to the terms and conditions of Challenge Peguera-Mallorca Mallorca Triathlon entry fees. Challenge Peguera middle distance (challenge-mallorca.com). Once you have completed your booking with us, you will be sent a unique booking code, to complete your registration directly on the Challenge Family website at a zeroed down cost. This can take between 1-4 days to receive once your booking is confirmed, sometimes longer during busy periods.
Who can book
Our tours are available to book for Triathletes and family and friends from any country.
Transfers
Return airport transfers from Palma International Airport are included on this tour. We will schedule AM & PM group transfers based on the flight details you provide to us. Near to departure you will receive a form to fill out to from our team. Transfers include a trailer to safely transport your bikes to the hotel.
Your Details
Please check all the details shown to make sure the names on your booking are the same as each person's passport. If not, please let us know within 48 hours of making your booking so we can change them. If you don't let us know straight away, you may be charged. Names must be given at the time of booking and any shown as TBA will be classed as a name change and there will be a charge.
Insurance
Destination Sport Experiences strongly recommends travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance with sufficient healthcare cover, including cover for existing medical conditions and any activities you plan to do.
If you have a European Health Insurance Card it will be valid up to its expiry date. This will be replaced with a new UK Global Health Insurance Card (GHIC). You can find further details here.
